Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!

Horrible experience. I had an emergency and Scott was so rude and mean he couldn’t find the house called four times and made me stay on the phone while he drove in circles around my neighborhood. He proceeded to demean my 9 and a half month pregnant friend and talk to both my friend and I as if we were stupid and didn’t understand what he was saying. Kept telling us it was 75$ more for this and 75$ more for that, and hundred more for that, and then in the middle of speaking with us started huffing and puffing, and said I’m packing up and leaving and stormed out. Most unprofessional service call I’ve ever experienced or even seen in my 43 years. Very very unprofessional and rude. No stars.

If you get locked out, Scott is the one you should call. He responds immediately and cheerfully—even on holiday weekends. Great, professional service. Bravo!
